Made by Wataru Takahashi (1942 - 2016) based on a story by Shiro Jinbo (1948 - 1994)
Legend of the Rainbow, not to be confused with girl’s comic “Rainbow Legend”, is one of Wataru Takahashi’s more well-known series.
The manga was published weekly in “Shūkan Manga Goraku”, a magazine for young adults, and was published in album by Goraku Comics
The main character, Yamagami, is respected as the team leader of the “Hibari” baseball team. He is rebellious, but also very traditional, and stands out physically because of the scar on his right eye.
